Finnair continues to suspend Doha flights

National flag carrier Finnair suspended all of its flights to Doha from June 19 the suspension will continue until June 30 due to safety concern, said the airlines.
Finnair on Monday updated its flight information, which also said that the flight AY1982 scheduled for July 1 also has been cancelled.
“Due to the heightened safety situation in the Middle East, we are suspending flights to Doha and cancelling all flights from June 19 to June 30, 2025, as well as flight AY1982 on July 1, 2025,” said the airline.
It said that due to the situation in the region, the airline is currently not rerouting the passengers to or via Doha.
The flights were cancelled as the airline is avoiding the airspace of Iraq, Iran, Syria and Israel.
The airline will follow the authorities' recommendations and regularly assess any factors regarding flight operation.
