2025 marked 2nd ever warmest year in Finland
Last year was the second ever warmest year in Finland, said the Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI) in a press release on Friday. The average temperature was 4.5 degrees Celsius in the whole country in 2025, which is 1.6 degrees Celsius higher than the long-term average for the years 1991-2020.
