Pori jazz Festival cancelled

This summer's Pori Jazz Festival has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 situation, said the festival's organisers in a statement.

The organisers,however, said they will organise plenty of other music programmes. There will be a three-day concert billed 'Pori Jazz Plays Again' in the Kirjurinluoto Park area on 15-17 July.

According to the organisers,all arrangements will be adjusted in accordance with the COVID-19 situation and official guidelines.

All tickets are refundable excluding ticketmaster's service in the event 'Pori Jazz Plays Again' is cancelled.

The jazz festival was scheduled to be held in Pori's Kirjurinluoto Island on 9-17 July .The organisers, however, said due to the prevailing uncertainty on the direction of summer events, it was not possible to plan for a nine-day festival with hundreds of thousands of visitors.
