Pilot, who injured in Kannonkoski plane crash, dies

The pilot, who sustained severe wounds in the small plane crash in Kannonkoski late Thursday night, succumbed to the injuries on Friday, police said.
Police, however, did not divulge details about the accident and the identity of the deceased.
The Safety Investigation Authority (Otkes) is investigating into the incident to find out the reason behind the crash.
The accident took place at about 8:30 p.m. on Thursday near a recreational aviation place at Kannonkoski, a municipality in Central Finland.
The pilot, who was alone onboard was injured in the accident and taken to hospital. The pilot later succumbed to the wounds on Friday.
