Dozen injured in Vaasa concert accident

A dozen people were injured on Sunday evening when an air-conditioning pipe fell on the audience at a Christmas concert held in the Vaasa Arena, reported the Finnish media.
No life threatening injuries, however, were reported, Tommi Pullola, the head of the arena told the news agency STT.
The accident happened at around 7:30 pm half an hour into the concert.
The concert was stopped and the audience evacuated. The audience numbered more than 3,000 did not panic.
The cause of the accident is still unknown.
