Cyclist killed in Kotka road mishap

One person was killed in a road accident at Karhula in Kotka on Saturday, the police said in a press release.
The accident took place at about noon when a private car knocked down a bicycle at the intersection of Ahlströmintie and Aumakatu.
The bicycle rider died on the spot in the accident.
The Police did not divulge detail about the deceased.
The Accident Investigation Board and Police are investigating into the incident.
The Police said that they are investigating into the case as aggravated drunk driving and killing.
