Man with coronavirus visits 3 nightclubs in Tampere

One person infected with coronavirus reportedly visited three nightclubs in Tampere and spent several hours there on late Saturday and early Sunday night, creating a high risk of coronavirus exposure for a number of people.

The Tampere University Hospital (Tays) on Tuesday afternoon warned the people of possible coronavirus exposures at three places.

“The coronavirus-infected person spent time at Ranta and Poro nightclubs from 11:00pm on 5 September to 2:00am on 6 September and at Lola Club from 2:00 am on 6 September to until the closing time. He was diagnosed with coronavirus,” said the Tampere University Hospital (Tays) in a Twitter post.

The hospital authorities urged the people who were in those places during the above-mentioned time to avoid contact with other people for the next two weeks.
