PM visits Moscow on November 25

Prime Minister Antti Rinne will meet his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev in Moscow on 25 November, said an official press release.

The key topics to be discussed between them are bilateral relations between the two countries, trade and environmental issues.

Rinne will also tell his Russian colleague about the outcomes of Finland’s presidency of the Council of the EU.

Other items on the agenda are Finnish-Russian forest cooperation, transport, and questions relating to the Russian waste management sector. The prime ministers will also discuss topical international issues.

Rinne will be accompanied by Minister of Transport and Communications Sanna Marin and Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Jari Leppä during his Russia visit.
