Protests held against Turkey´s military action in Syria

Demonestrators brought out processions and held rallies at major cities in Finland on Saturday protesting against Turkey´s military action in Northern Syria.
Protests took place in Helsinki Helsinki, Turku and Tampere where the agitators bearing various placards and festoons demanded immidiet stop of Turkey´s military action in Syria, local media reported qoutong a group promoting solidarity with Syria's Rojava region.
Helsinki police said that the authority had to take action as the agitators did not follow police instructions during the the processions took place at about 4.00 pm.
"Some of the protesters did not follow police instructions. […] We were forced to intervene by preventing the organizers' vehicle from joining the march, which took place on foot," reported national broadcaster Yle, quoting a twitter post of Helsinki Police as saying.
Police estimated that about 300 people took part in the protest in Helsinki. A procession srated from the Narinkkatori square and walked the city centre area and ended at Kansalaistori (Citizens' Square).
In Turku, about 200 people took part in the protest rally, said the Yle report quoting local police as saying.
