President to visit Ukraine on Sep 12–13

President Sauli Niinistö will make an official visit to Ukraine and will meet President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv on 12–13 September 2019, said the Office of the President in a press release.
This will be the first meeting of Niinistö and Zelensky. Former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko made an official visit to Finland in January 2017.
Niinistö last visited Ukraine in 2014.
More details on the programme will be published closer to the date of the visit.
