Posti signs EUR 150m credit facility with 6 banks

National postal and logistic operator Posti Group on Friday signed a new EUR 150 million syndicated revolving credit facility with six Nordic banks, said an official press release.

The new facility will replace the existing EUR 150 million facility and is intended for general corporate purposes.

The facility has a tenure of 5 years and it has an option to extend the maturity with two years.

The Mandated Lead Arrangers are Danske Bank A/S, Nordea Bank AB (publ), Finnish branch, OP Corporate Bank plc, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ) and Swedbank AB (publ).

Nordea Bank AB (publ), Finnish branch acted as Coordinator and Agent, the press release added.
