Prices of old single-family houses rise by 2.1 % in Q1

Prices of old one-dwelling houses rose by 2.1 per cent in the whole country in the first quarter of 2022 from the previous year, according to Statistics Finland.

Compared to the previous quarter, prices of old one-dwelling houses went up by 1.0 per cent.

In the early part of 2022, around 10 per cent fewer transactions of old one-dwelling houses were made than in the corresponding period one year earlier.

Prices of one-dwelling house plots rose by 10.3 per cent in the whole country from the year before.
