Building costs rise by 0.4% in July

Building costs rose by 0.4 per cent in July year on year, according to the Statistics Finland.

Labour costs rose by 0.6 per cent and the prices of services by 0.4 per cent compared with that in July 2019.

The prices of materials rose by 0.2 per cent from one year ago.

From June to July, the total index of building costs remained on level with the previous month.

Labour costs and the prices of materials remained on level with the previous month, but the prices of services fell by 0.3 per cent.
