Finland sends €143m more defence materiel to Ukraine

Finland will send another package of defence material worth about EUR 143 million to assist Ukraine, said the Ministry of Defence in a press release.

The President and the government were finalising the decision to send the 29^th defence material package.

Finland's 29 defence materiel packages now have a total compensation value of EUR 2.8 billion.

Defence Minister Antti Häkkänen said that the shipment will include defence equipment manufactured in Finland.

For operational reasons, and to ensure that the assistance will reach its destination safely, further details on the content of the package, the way it is delivered, or the schedule will not be disclosed.
