Former Real Madrid coach, Zinedine Zidane has dropped a big hint that he will soon be back coaching at the helm of another club.

The Frenchman produced one of the surprises of the summer when he announced he was stepping down from his position at Real Madrid just days after leading the club to their third consecutive Champions League trophy.

He has been tentatively linked with several jobs, including as a possible replacement for under-pressure Jose Mourinho at Manchester United.

Speaking to Spanish state TV network RTVE while watching his son, Elyaz play for one of Real Madrid's youth sides, Zidane said: "I will be back coaching again in a short while."

"I am certain I will coach again, because it is something I enjoy doing and I have done so all my life," he added.

The English newspaper the Daily Mirror believes Zidane will sooner or later replace Mourinho and that he will attempt to persuade Real Madrid midfielder Tony Kroos, Bayern Munich duo, James Rodriguez (who is on loan from Madrid), Thiago Alcantara and PSG's Uruguayan forward Edinson Cavani to join him at Old Trafford.
