Missing grenade from Riihimäki recovered

The grenade, which went missing after it had been detected on Wednesday afternoon in a field near the ice hall in Riihimäki, has been recovered on Thursday, police said.
Police also identified the person who took the wartime grenade in possession.
The grenade was found near ice rink on Thursday where it was detected originally after police interrogated the suspect, an adult man, who allegedly moved the explosive from the scene.
The Häme police are investigating into the case as explosives crime against the suspect.
Police did not arrest the man and continued investigation into the incident to find out the motive.
They also did not divulge detail about the identity of the suspect.
The grenade went missing after it had been detected in Riihimäki, a municipality in the southern Finland, about 69 kilometres away from Helsinki.
