Finland censures Russian missile attacks across Ukraine

Prime Minister Sanna Marin and Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto on Monday strongly condemned the deadly missile attacks by Russia in different parts of Ukraine.

At least 14 people were killed, and dozens injured in missile attacks by Russia across Ukraine on Monday.

“Russia has today again deliberately targeted civilians, caused death and immense suffering in Ukraine. Use of terror, war crimes will not go unpunished,” Marin wrote in a twitter post on Monday morning.

Haavisto in a twitter post of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the attacks and expressed optimism to continue Finland´s firm support to Ukraine.

“Finland strongly condemns Russian missile strikes against civilians across Ukraine. Indiscriminate targeting of civilians is a war crime. Finland will continue our firm support to Ukraine. Russia must stop its illegal invasion and leave Ukraine,” Haavisto wrote in the twitter post.
