Four opposition parties in the parliament on Tuesday tabled an interpellation concerning preparation for hybrid influencing at the borders.
The opposition parties- Perussuomalaiset (Finns Party), the Kansallinen Kokoomus (National Coalition Party-NCP), SuomenKristillisdemokraati (Christian Democratic Party) and Liike Nyt (Movement Now) submitted the interpellation on Finland's preparation for hybrid influencing based on the management of migratory flows.
The interpellation tabled on Tuesday is the fifth interpellation during 2021.
The five-party alliance government will respond to the interpellation in a plenary session within 15 days.
After receiving the reply to the interpellation, the Parliament will hold a debate on the issue and proceeds to a no-confidence motion against the government or a particular minister.
The ongoing migrants flow at the Belarus' borders with Poland and other neighbouring countries prompted the opposition parties to table the interpellation in the parliament.
Earlier on Monday, foreign ministers of the European Union (EU) agreed on new sanctions against Belarus over the migrant crisis.
