Elderly man found dead in Savonlinna

An elderly man, who went missing from Savonlinna area in the southeast of Finland on Friday was found dead on Saturday, police said.
The police recovered the body of the deceased from the locality at about 6:00 am but did not disclosed detail in this regard.
The Police are investigating into the incident to find out the reason behind the death. But after the preliminary investigation, members of the law enforcing agency did not suspect any crime link to the death.
Earlier, the Police late Friday night announced that an elderly man did not return home. The police together with the rescue service people participated in the search drive.
