People are facing problems to communicate with the social and healthcare services in Helsinki over phone as the phone calls to the customer services are being dropped.
The customer calls may cut out and there might be also errors in the call-back service, said the City of Helsinki in a press release on Wednesday.
Other issues regarding the calls, however, may appear.
The call-back system is used in the coronavirus helpline, health stations, appointment booking for oral health care and maternity and child health care clinics, birth control counselling, self-treatment product distribution point, appointment booking for physiotherapy, senior info, social welfare counselling for families with children, rehabilitative assessment unit, unit for specialised oral care and medical helpline (tel. 116 117).
The technical errors are being fixed and the authority will inform the clients when the problems are fixed.
The authority also apologises for the inconvenience, the press release added.
