2 teenage boys killed in Jyväskylä road mishap

Two teenage boys were killed in a road accident at Vaajakoski area in Jyväskylä late Saturday night, police said.
The accident took place at about 11:00 pm when a motorcycle collided with a private car.
The driver and the passenger of the motorcycle, both are under 18 years old died on the spot. The driver of the car, however, was unhurt in the accident.
A Finnish language newspaper Keskisuomalainen, quoting police reported that the motorcycle was unregistered and its lights were not working.
Both the boys were wearing helmets and intoxication was not the reason behind the accident, said police based on the preliminary investigation.
Police are investigating into the accident.
