3 killed, 1 hurt in road mishap in Pirkanmaa

Three people were killed and one person was injured in a road accident in Nokia City near Tampere in the Pirkanmaa region on Sunday morning, said the police.
The accident took place when a private car coming from the direction of Pori skidded off and collided with a roadside tree.
Three youths riding in the car died on the spot while another was injured.
Police rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies. The injured one was taken to hospital.
The law-enforcers also communicated with the family members and relatives of the deceased.
The police are investigating the accident as a case of aggravated traffic endangerment, murders and drunk driving.
Detailed information about the accident would be known on Monday, said the police in a statement.
