Zelensky calls for transparency in Ukraine's peace process

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday urged transparency in ongoing efforts to end the Ukraine crisis, reported Xinhua.

"What matters is that everything is fair and transparent. That there are no games played behind Ukraine's back. That nothing is decided without Ukraine," Zelensky wrote on X.

He noted that the most sensitive things and the most difficult issues in the peace talks concern territories, frozen Russian assets, and security guarantees for Ukraine. Negotiating teams will continue working on these topics, he said.

Zelensky emphasized that there are no simple solutions to the crisis, and underscored that he is prepared to make necessary decisions.
