Inflation climbs to 3% in May in Finland

The year-on-year change in consumer prices was 3 per cent in Finland in May 2026, according to Statistics Finland.
In April, the year-on-year change in consumer prices was 1.5 per cent and in March inflation stood at 1.3 per cent.
According to the preliminary data on the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices, the month-on-month change was 0.7 per cent in May 2026.
In May, the biggest year-on-year change, 11.5 per cent was in the education services.
