Prices of old dwellings drop by 2% in November

The prices of old dwellings in housing companies decreased by 2.0 per cent year-on-year in the whole country in November 2025, according to Statistics Finland.

Compared with the previous month, prices decreased by 0.4 per cent. Prices declined in all large towns relative to a year ago.

Prices declined most in Vantaa (6.2%) and in Turku (5.7%).

Prices of old dwellings in housing companies decreased by 3.6 per cent in the six largest towns in November 2025 compared with one year ago. Outside large towns, prices increased by 0.7 per cent.

In Greater Helsinki, prices of old dwellings in housing companies decreased by 3.8 per cent from one year ago and by 1.9 per cent compared with the previous month.

In the whole country, prices of dwellings in blocks of flats decreased by 3.0 per cent compared with one year ago. Prices of dwellings in terraced houses went up by 0.4 per cent.

In November, 3 per cent less sales of old dwellings in blocks of flats and terraced houses were made through real estate agents than one year earlier.
