Berner to start China visit on Saturday

Minister of Transport and Communications Anne Berner will visit China from 13 to 16 May 2017, said a government press release on Wednesday.
She will meet her Chinese counterpart Li Xiaopeng, Minister of Industry and Information Technology Miao Wei and Director of Civil Aviation Administration Feng Zhenglin during her visit.
In Beijing, Minister Berner will take part in the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
The meetings with ministers and civil servants will focus on the Northeast cable, international measures required for 5G, the Mobility as a Service concept and direct air connections between Finland and China.
In the Belt and Road Forum, Berner will speak at a seminar on infrastructure connectivity.
She will also meet representatives of Finnish transport and communications businesses operating in China.
