Finland beat Ireland in Nations League as Jensen nets again

Finland scored another victory and became the leader of the Grope B4 in the European Nation League after Fredrik Jensen neted again in a match against the Republic of Ireland held in Helsinki on Wednesday.

Jensen, who scored against Ireland in Dublin last moth brought the 1-0 victory for the Finns at the home ground at the 66 th minute in second half.

The victory took Finland to the top of the group followed by Wales, Ireland and Bulgaria.

Teemu Pukki missed two great opportunities of goal in the first half but he intercepted Randolph's errant kick-out and squared for Jensen.

Enda Stevens of the Ireland created chances for the visitors but Finland goalkeeper Lukas Hradecky made two superb late saves to uphold the victory.

Finland dominated the match over the Ireland by keeping 53 percent possession of the ball.
