2 burnt to death in Sastamala house fire

Two persons were killed in a fire at a detached house in the Ylistenjärvi area of Sastamala on Monday, said the police.

The fire broke out at about noon and engulfed the old single house built in 80s immediately.

Rescue service personnel rushed to the spot responding to a call and brought the fire under control.

But two residents of the house died in the fire.The police did not suspect any link to any crime incident in the fire.

The Inland Finland police are investigating the incident to find out the reason behind the origin of the fire.

The police, however, did not divulge any more details in this regard.
